Who We Are

Founded in 1967, the Topeka Literacy Council is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization of volunteers who help adults learn to read and write to improve their economic standing and raise their self-esteem.  TLC also strives to educate the community about illiteracy and its effects on society
